Michelle Forsberg

For 30 years I've been a realtor. For 30 years I've been successful at my chosen profession.
 
There's a big difference between being a realtor and a successful realtor. There is of course integrity/commitment/trust... things that have always been important to me-things that my clients have come to expect. More important than anything though is HARD WORK. I am sure you might find people who found success through luck - but I am very realistic as to my method for my 30 year real estate career. I work hard. I have the awards to prove it, the clients that will testify to it, and the respect of my peers because of it.
 
I made sure working with Mike we would be PARTNERS. We would NOT be building a team. My clients are accustomed to personalized service that was NOT about to change. This partnership would always be very "hands on".
 
Both Mike and I were born and raised in the Tri City area. We both have extensive knowledge of our surrounding communities. If you are "thinking" about real estate - call us. We will provide you with the necessary information and expertise to help you reach your objective.

When I decided I was going to partner with my mom in Real Estate. I had a pretty good idea of what i was getting into having been raised in Real Estate household. I am fortunate (depending on how you look at it) to have over 60 years of real estate experience within my immediate family.
 
As our partnership has progressed we have both learnt a great deal and continue to "fine tune" our business in order to tailor our business to our client's specific needs. New technology is constantly changing the way we live our lives and often a challenge to keep up with - We are both committed to always looking forward... always willing to change...always adapting to what is best for our client. It's important for us both that our clients are comfortable, familiar and confident with either of us.
 
In term of professional and results oriented agents, I am fortunate to work with the outstanding agents that comprise our office at Re/Max Sabre Realty. In working with these veterans of our industry - I have cemented into my mind that the special relationship and oligation to my clients is paramount in my success. That focus CANNOT BE THE DEAL. Writing a contract cannot be the goal. The focus remains on the client... continually working in their best interest.
